Facing with dwindling oil resources reserves and increasingly stringent emissions requirements, the electronic control transformation of fuel injection system of 4190 type diesel engine is the most effective way to meet requirements of energy conservation and emissions reduction. Combustion process is the core of diesel engine research and foundation to carry on research on emissions, oil consumption and so on. Therefore, in the process of the electronic control transformation of fuel injection system, carry on the matching of the electronic control fuel injection system on the measuring platform.First of all, this paper introduces shaping and construction process of combustion and performance test platform hardware in detail. Mainly including measuring equipment, general arrangement of the bench and selection of various sensors and so on.In order to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of the test, according to the characteristics of 4190 diesel engine, the installation methods of the various sensors was designed in detail. The fact proved that the measuring platform fully meet the testing requirements of 4190 diesel engine electronic control reform.Secondly, according to the needs of 4190 diesel engine electronic control transformation, analyze the influences of electronic control fuel injection system on combustion, and provide guidance for the electric control transformation of fuel injection system of 4190 type diesel engine. In this paper, use MATLAB software to smooth the measured diagram of work. Use the polytropic index on the revision of top dead center, and analyze the measured diagram of work in theory.Finally, on the test platform, optimizing the fuel system parameters according to the test plan. The results show that the fuel delivery advance angle has great influence on the fuel consumption and emissions; cam linear velocity of 0.46 mm / ° CA, "14.6 ° CA" of cam working segment is suitable for the engine; as the diameter of orifice decreases, and plunger diameter increases, the injection pressure was increased, fuel atomization was improved. In the end, a group of structural parameters optimization schemes named 0.26mm-14.6°CA-14mm-900 mm has been worked out through the experimental results.
