Relay has been widely used with the development of automatic control and communication because it can play the role of automatic regulation,circuit conversion and safety protection in practical application.The reliability of the relay action and the action moment will directly affect the stability and service life of the system composed of the relay.Therefore,the relay parameter monitoring and phase control technology has become a hot research direction in relay reliability and service life.Based on the review of relay reliability at home and abroad,this paper develops a relay AC life monitoring system that controls the lower position machine through the upper computer to realize the phase control and relay parameter monitoring of the monostable relay under the condition of AC resistance load.The function is to provide test conditions for relay failure analysis and accelerated relay electrical life test to ensure the reliability of the relay.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The functional requirements and design scheme of the monitoring system are determined.Based on the requirements of the Xiamen Hongfa Testing Center for phase control and relay process parameter monitoring,after market research,the realization principle of phase control and parameter monitoring is determined,system performance indicators are formulated,and the monitoring system is finally designed through the modular concept.(2)The hardware circuit of the signal conditioning chassis is designed.The CAXA software was used to design and adjust the chassis frame,and the related circuit design was performed on the conditioning chassis power supply module and the parameter conditioning and phase control module through Altium Designer software.(3)The monitoring system software was written.Based on the C language,the program design of the program-controlled power supply module for the eight-bit single-chip microcomputer and the program of the parameter conditioning and phase control module are written by using the 16-bit high-performance single-chip microcomputer.The virtual instrument Lab VIEW is used to design and monitor the host computer program to realize phase control,data acquisition,data analysis and data saving.(4)The monitoring system reliability experiment and analysis were carried out.It is connected to the actual load cabinet and compared with the data collected by other methods such as oscilloscope to verify the reliability of the phase control and parameter monitoring functions of the monitoring system.The test proves that the monitoring system of this paper has better control and monitoring effects.The phase control test results show that the phase control accuracy can be controlled within±5° at zero-degree pull-in or break-off,and the accuracy can reach±2° when the other angles are closed or disconnected;the parameter monitoring experiment results show the parameters monitored by the system.The error is no more than 5%compared to the data acquired by the oscilloscope.
