Lifting permanent magnet is a new type magnetic transport device.Different with lifting electromagnet,whose magnetic field is caused by electricity,the magnetic field of lifting permanent magnet comes from permanent magnet itself.The load and unload process can be realized by the magnetic field superposition and counteract of fixed magnetic system and rotating magnetic system.The whole working cycle of lifting permanent magnet needs zero power supply because the mechanical drive mechanism is adopted.So,the permanent magnet lifting technology is regarded as a disruptive technology compared with huge power consumption of lifting electromagnets per year.On the basis of the research status of home and abroad,and combined with the problem found in the early application of lifting permanent magnet,an anti-inclined lifting permanent magnet is proposed in this paper.According to the design requirement,the working principle and calculation method of magnetic circuit of lifting permanent magnet were studied firstly,and the material of magnet circuit was determined.Then,the size of magnetic circuit was calculated as the technical index requirement of lifting permanent magnet.The permeance method was utilized to analyse the magnetic attractive force under load status and the residual magnetic field strength of working magnetic pole under unload status.In view of difficult in optimizing the size of magnetic circuit under the condition of multi-magnet coupling,an optimal design method was proposed and verified by Maxwell.After finish the design and optimal of magnetic circuit,the anti-inclined drive mechanism suitable for dual magnetic circuit structure and the anti-inclined drive mechanism suitable for single magnetic circuit structure were designed on the basis of motion characteristics of rotating magnetic system.In order to prevent the landslide of lifting permanent magnet,an anti-slide plate was designed and arranged between the magnetic poles.As the essential component of drive mechanism,the traditional checking method couldn't define the ratchet stress.In view of this problem,the fold cross section was introduced to calculate the ratchet tooth root bending stress.Then,the 3D ratchet model was built for finite element analysis(FEM).The ratchet testbed was designed and manufactured to obtain the actual ratchet tooth root bending stress to verify above theory.In order to verify the design of anti-inclined lifting permanent magnet,the antiinclined drive mechanism for single magnetic circuit was chosen as drive structure of prototype.The magnetic force under load status and the residual magnetic field strength of working magnetic pole under unload status were measured.Then,the high inclinedangle lifted experiment was carried out to verify the feasibility of the anti-inclined structure.
