With the escalation of people's attention to environmental protection and energy crisis,the electric car has become the focus of development in the direction of the automotive industry.In the electric vehicle wheel electric car has a shorter power-train,improving vehicle efficiency,leaving the vehicle power and economy to the advantages of upgrading.Wheel motor will be one of the key members.Wheel motor design to minimize the weight of the wheel body and make full use of the internal space of the wheel,while the body structure to achieve the best combination of motor and drive control systems and electric drive with the load characteristics.Under this thesis topic in this context and requirements,to carry out high-density permanent magnet motor wheel design research.And developed a prototype to meet the performance requirements of a given technology specification.In order to develop a high-density,high efficiency and is suitable for wheel-driven permanent magnet motor,comparative study of four different permanent magnet motor structure this paper,the final choice of the best overall performance of the rotor axial magnetic field(Axial Flux Inner Rotor,referred AFIR)permanent magnet motor structure as the wheel drive motor.In AFIR wheel motor design,set up a quick,practical AFIR permanent magnet motor design methods,namely the size of the application generalized equation and AFIR permanent magnet motor lumped parameter model of combining magnetic network method AFIR permanent magnet motor wheel conceptual design and application of dynamic finite element commercial software development,including electric drive control circuit including Airport Road coupling FEM simulation.On this basis,the no-load circuit coupled field analysis of the rated load calculation and check the performance of the operating state of the magnetic field,and adjust the size of the motor magnetic circuit design and optimization of design variables.Prototype performance test data is expected to reach the round of permanent magnet motor technology performance requirements,the prototype test data and design data are consistent;experimental data not only validate the feasibility of the design scheme and to verify the accuracy of the AFIR permanent magnet motor design method.
