Research On The Design And Application Of Integral Toilet Under The System Of Industrial Residential Parts

Nowadays,the construction industry as a huge energy consumption industry in various industries,a large number of carbon dioxide generated by construction waste leads to the increasingly bad climate and environment in China and even in the world,which consumes a lot of energy.Therefore,the development of industrial housing highlights the urgency,and the research on the important part of "housing parts" is of great significance.However,from the current development situation,the standardization of China's residential parts system is missing,and it is not effectively integrated.At the same time,the research on the integral toilet parts with the highest integration in the residential parts system needs to be further improved.Therefore,this paper focuses on the residential component system of industrial housing,and takes the overall toilet as an example to study its design and application.First of all,this paper studies the development of domestic and foreign housing parts system,and combs the relationship among industrial housing,housing parts and housing parts system.And focus on the highest integration of the whole toilet parts as the research object,combing the development process of the whole toilet parts under the housing parts system,the research status at home and abroad,summing up the current problems of the whole toilet in China,and proposing how to effectively apply the whole toilet parts in each housing system at the emergence stage is crucial.Then,the whole toilet parts are studied,including its composition,commonly used materials,functional integration,appropriate size,etc.,and the different types of the whole toilet products which are often sold on the market are analyzed in detail.Next,it studies how to apply the whole toilet to the key technologies in the residence,mainly including three aspects: pipeline connection,dimension coordination and personalized customization,and makes a simple summary of the whole toilet customization process.Finally,according to all the above research results,through the construction of CSI housing system model and the oldresidential toilet renovation simulation design scheme,the overall toilet parts are designed for practical application.The last part of the paper summarizes the research results of this paper,and puts forward the development way of the whole toilet parts in the future.In the process of housing industrialization transformation,the system of housing parts can be more perfect.The whole toilet parts can form a more perfect,mature and standardized system,so as to provide a certain reference for the design of the whole toilet parts in the future industrial housing.
