Research On The Development Planning Strategy Of Tongguan County Urban System Under The Background Of New Era

With the acceleration of the regional spatial integration trend,according to the new requirements of the new urbanization strategy of the state,Shaanxi Province and Weinan City for urban development,and the urgent need for the rapid development of Tongguan County,studying the urban system layout of Tongguan County in the new era is the fundamental support for Tongguan County to achieve urban-rural integration,rapid urban-rural economic development and steady progress of urbanization in the future.At present,Tongguan County is relatively weak in urban development compared with other counties and cities in Weinan City and even in Shaanxi Province.It is urgent to explore the dynamic mechanisms and planning strategies of urban system construction in Tongguan County in the new era,Realize the optimization and upgrading of the county town system.Firstly,based on the definition of the relevant concepts of the urban system and the related theories of the urban system,this paper reviews the current research status of the current urban system from the domestic and foreign research,clarifies the necessity of this research,and at the same time,draws on the experience of the domestic and foreign pioneering areas to clarify the planning methods and optimization strategies of the Tongguan County urban system from the characteristics of urban development,urban and rural planning,the infrastructure construction and other aspects.Secondly,on the basis of reviewing the development history of Tongguan County,the overall situation of the county is judged through the location conditions,natural conditions,resource conditions,population level and economic foundation,and the problems existing in the current situation are proposed.The status quo of system construction is analyzed from the aspects of functional division structure,hierarchical structure,spatial layout structure,ecological environment development and supporting system construction through the theory of imbalance index and fractal theory,and summarizes the problems existing in the current situation of urban system and the causes of problems,and laying the groundwork for a more targeted planning strategy below.Thirdly,starting from the limitations of traditional urban system planning,combined with the requirements of urban construction in the new era,we will clarify the important influencing factors and dynamic mechanisms of the current urban system construction in Tongguan County,integrate the development concept of the new era,and build a threeproduct economic development goal and agglomeration orderly urban construction goals,urban and rural equal social development goals,and ecological optimization goals that match urban construction.At last,based on the construction of a modern industrial system and the promotion of industrial optimization and upgrading,it proposes to coordinate the characteristic and specialized urban functional structure,strengthen the hierarchical structure,accelerate the common development of urban and rural areas,promote the development of geographical space agglomeration to construct sustainable space structure optimize the spatial structure,and attach importance to space control zoning,and improve the construction of the support system,achieve planning strategies such as urban and rural equal allocation,and comprehensively promote the optimization and upgrading of the urban system construction in Tongguan County.
