Research On Space Development Performance Evaluation And Planning Enhancement Strategies Of "Daming Palace Site Area"

The city is a spatial manifestation of social and economic activities and a time carrier of historical processes.With the rapid advancement of industrialization and urbanization,the contradiction between urban construction and site protection has become more prominent,and the protection and development of large sites in the core areas of the city is extremely challenging.With the continuous development and progress of the society,the city began to change from functional to cultural.The large city sites are faced with the responsibility of reviving the regional economy and comprehensively improving the quality of social life.However,the existing research has paid less attention to the large urban sites areas.As an important area to coordinate the relationship between the city and the sites,it is also an important area connecting the past and future development of the city.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance for the study of urban sites.The "Daming Palace Sites Area" is a typical urban site area.The “Daming Palace Sites Area” has emerged since the new century and has been expanding with the construction of the Daming Palace Sites Park,forming Xi'an Fengcheng 5th Road to the north,Huancheng North Road to the south,and Erhuan East Road to the east,Weiyang Road and Xinghuo Road to the west,covering an area of 19.16 square kilometers.The construction of the Daming Palace Sites Park has greatly stimulated and guided the development of the "Daming Palace Sites Area".The reconstruction of the sites area also has a history of 15 years.Now the sites area has changed from the poor and backward area named "Daobei Shantou District" to a new urban district with coordinated development,the city looks completely new.However,in the process ofthis change,there are still many problems in the spatial evolution of the sites area.With the current background of Xi'an entering the cultural city and the construction of the national central city,the future development of the site area with prominent cultural characteristics is particularly important.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct performance evaluation on the spatial development of the "Daming Palace Site Area" in order to provide reference for the development of future site areas.Starting from the research of theore,this paper clarifies basic connotation of spatial performance of urban site area by combing the relevant theories of urban sites and spatial development performance.Through the research on development performance evaluation system and evaluation method,it provide a theoretical basis for the construction of performance evaluation index system and the choice of evaluation methods of urban sites area.In the empirical analysis,taking the “Daming Palace Site Area” as the research object,the paper first analyzes the spatial evolution process of “Daming Palace Site Area” and proposes the evolution characteristics of space structure,shape,scale and direction.Secondly,according to the goal-oriented thinking,from the six aspects of social economy,spatial form,land use,road traffic,ecological environment and cultural value,the spatial development performance evaluation index system of “Daming Palace Site Area” was constructed.Through the mathematical evaluation model established,a systematic evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of the spatial development performance of the “Daming Palace Site” was carried out,and the root causes of the problem of restricting the spatial performance of the “Daming Palace Site” were proposed.Finally,according to the results of spatial performance evaluation,the idea of spatial performance optimization of the "Daming Palace Site Area" is proposed,and combined with urban renewal theory,urban catalyst theory,local theory and scene theory,including the intensive efficient use of land,regional spatial integration and functional optimization optimize the development of regional space industry,construct regional spatial cultural scenes,and improve the spatial roads and other spatial planning and promotion paths to provide references for correctly guiding the future development of the site.
