With the rapid development of economy,the number of fuel vehicles in China continues to grow,and the exhaust gas of vehicles brings great pressure on the environment.To take a sustainable development road of green travel,we must vigorously develop new energy electric vehicles,and the research and development of charging piles is the premise to achieve this goal.As the new energy electric vehicle is a new product,there are few related research documents.The innovation of this paper is to design a DC charging pile control system with friendly human-computer interface,stable and reliable operation,which can realize the simultaneous charging of two guns,so as to meet the use demand of new energy electric vehicle.The control system is mainly divided into two parts: billing control unit and charging device controller.As the control center of the whole system,the billing control unit adopts the 32-bit microprocessor TMS320F28335 of TI company as the main control chip.Through RS485 communication,the information of the electric energy meter is collected and displayed on the touch screen.At the same time,it has the function of IC card reading and settlement.It can indirectly control the whole charging process by sending the command of starting or stopping charging to the controller of charging equipment,and at the same time,it can receive the real-time information such as voltage,current,SOC and alarm uploaded by the controller of charging equipment for control and display.As the executive terminal of the control system,the charging device controller communicates with the DC charging module through the CAN bus,and controls the operation,stop and charging voltage and current of the charging module according to the instructions issued by the charging control unit;it also communicates with the electric vehicle BMS through the CAN bus,and transmits the electric vehicle BMS The required charging voltage,current and battery information interact with the charging device controller to ensure the stable and safe operation of the whole charging process.The controller of the charging equipment also has the functions of controlling the on-off of the AC contactor in the pile body and detecting the electromagnetic lock and temperature control switch of the charging gun.Finally,the whole control system is tested.The test data shows that the DC charging pile control system is stable and easy to operate,and achieves the expected design purpose.
