No avoidance stereo garage refers to a vehicle without the avoidance of mechanical device,it can adapt to the parking space tension public areas,such as the old community and other inconvenient to transform the public areas.In the face of the increasingly serious static traffic problem,non-avoidance parking garage has become a major way to alleviate the parking problem in this kind of public areas.However,facing the disadvantages of the existing three-dimensional parking garage,how to design a new three-dimensional garage It has practical significance for its social application.In this paper,an innovative design of a new non-avoidance three-dimensional garage with excellent performance,and the strength,stability analysis and verification and structural optimization.Firstly,according to the existing non-avoidance three-dimensional garage,analyze the motion mode and structure composition,analyze the advantages and disadvantages,and make a reasonable coMParison of their respective characteristics to obtain the best motion scheme and structure configuration,and design a new type of mechanical structure.It has excellent performance in innovation,safety,practicality and stability,and has better storage capacity than other garages.Secondly,in order to avoid the problems of excessive stress and deformation in the use of the new no-avoidance three-dimensional garage,and to ensure the garage has a broad market prospect.Based on the static analysis of the structure with,the maximum stress position and the maximum shape variable of the key components in the whole structure are obtained,and the design requirements are verified with the static results as the guidance.Thirdly,for the three-dimensional garage structure without avoidance,the stability of the garage as a whole can not be guaranteed even if the entire structure of the three-dimensional garage without avoidance can work smoothly under the action of static load.In order to determine the stability of some of the support columns is reasonable,the buckling analysis of the main vertical and horizontal beams and support columns in the three-dimensional garage without avoidance is carried out to make stability.Fourthly,in order to ensure higher safety and stability of the entire non-evasive 3dgarage,the external frame of the non-evasive 3d garage was analyzed by modal analysis,transient analysis and random vibration analysis.The position and value of the maximum displacement of the three-dimensional garage without avoidance are obtained through analysis,and the general value of the under the action of self-weight acceleration is simulated by random vibration analysis,and the maximum stress value is obtained.The last one,in order to ensure the service life of the lifting system,fatigue analysis should be carried out on the lifting system of the new-type non-avoidance three-dimensional garage structure.The lifting system is separated from the overall assembly environment.Based on the n Code plug-in and the basic theory of fatigue,the service life and maximum shape variables are optimized while ensuring the design requirements.
