| At present,vibrating sieve is used in the screening machinery,and there are some technical problems such as low sieve efficiency,low base dynamic load,easy sieve hole jam for wet materials or those with high grading requirements.In this paper,a new kind of chaotic vibration is proposed,which has higher screening efficiency than traditional vibration sieve,and has better screening effect for wet materials.Firstly,the low efficiency problem of vibrating screen is systematically analyzed by TRIZ theory,and seven solutions are obtained through causal axis analysis,component analysis、 function tailoring analysis、technical contradiction analysis、physical property contradiction analysis and material-field model analysis.Finally,the final scheme of the new chaotic vibrating screen is optimized,and the design of each component of the new chaotic vibrating screen is given.Secondly,the dynamic differential equations of new chaotic vibration sieve are modeled by Lagrange method and MATLAB software.The time domain diagram,frequency domain diagram,phase trajectory diagram,poincare diagram and lyapunov index diagram are obtained.Thirdly,ANSYS is used to carry out static analysis and lightweight design of the chassis of the chaotic vibration sieve.Then the sixth order modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are carried out on the key components of the new chaotic vibration sieve,such as the chassis dynamic transmission parts,and the stress,strain cloud diagram,vibration type and natural frequency are obtained.Then,used discrete element method to simulate the process of vibration sifting.Comparing chaotic vibration with two-dimensional simple harmonic motion,we find that the efficiency of chaotic vibration is 13.73% higher than that of two-dimensional simple harmonic motion and 15.83% higher than that of two-dimensional simple harmonic motion when materials are wetter.The feasibility of chaos vibration sieve is further verified.Finally,the key components such as motor and exciter were selected and the prototype of the chaotic vibrating screen was built.The orthogonal experiment method was used to conduct experiments on the factors affecting the efficiency of the vibrating screen.When n=100r/min and the connecting rod length ratio i=8/5,the vibrating screen has the best effect,and the screening efficiency is 89.75%.Figure 77 Table 20 Reference 94... |
