Because of the appropriate environmental coordination and the advantages of low site selection difficulty, underground substation has become the type of substation required by big cities. However, the vibration load generated by the reactor placed on the floor of the underground substation during operation may have an impact on the building and the workers.Taking an underground substation as the object of study, numerical simulation is carried out to study the vibration response of substation structure under the action of reactor vibration load. The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)According to collecting relevant codes and standards of vibration control for research,a limit regulation suitable for underground substation buildings is summarized.(2)The three-dimensional finite element model of substation building-soil structure was established by using ANSYS finite element software, and the damping selection, model size and time step of the finite element model were explored.(3)The modal analysis was conducted on the model to obtain the modes and modes of the structural system, and it was concluded that the natural vibration frequency of the structure was lower than that of the reactor(100 Hz),and there would be no resonance.(4)According to the finite element model, analyzes the reactor vibration response of the vibration generated in the propagation rules of underground substation construction, calculation show that the reactor operation caused by structural vibration attenuation trend along horizontal and vertical direction, and the vibration caused by only a larger influence on reactor room and adjacent areas, the impact on distant area is very small. The vibration acceleration level of the reactor on the ground 5m away from the substation meets the limit of human comfort.(5)The finite element model was used to analyze the influence of the parameters such as adding secondary beam, changing plate thickness and changing the ratio of height to span on the vibration of substation buildings.Adding secondary beam at the maximum amplitude can reduce the vibration response at the vibration source to a small extent, while adding secondary beam at the vibration source can reduce the vibration of the structure more comprehensively. After the reactor chamber floor is changed to a thick plate structure, the vibration response of the reactor gradually decreases with the increase of plate thickness, and the reduction range gradually increases. With the increase of the high span ratio, the vibration amplitude of the structure decreases. When the high span ratio is 1/6,the limit value of the assessed velocity specification is met.
