| With the deepening of urbanization in China,high-rise buildings appear in people’s life more and more.In the face of the increasingly complex traffic conditions inside buildings,the traditional single elevator has been unable to meet the needs of rapid life,so people have higher and more urgent requirements for the intelligent elevator inside high-rise buildings.On the basis of increasing the number of elevators,the elevator group control system needs to pay more attention to how to reasonably and quickly regulate the operation of multiple elevators.It can intelligently select the most efficient and reasonable elevator group control scheduling strategy according to different periods of time and passenger flow conditions to realize efficient and low-power operation.In this paper,the scheduling algorithm of elevator group control system is studied and designed.Firstly,the research significance and development status of elevator group control system are analyzed.Then,by studying the working principle of single elevator and PLC control program,and combining the uncertainty,disturbance,multi-objective and other complex characteristics of elevator group control system and the optimal scheduling strategy,the scheduling strategy of elevator group control system based on fuzzy control algorithm is designed.For the design of the elevator group control system scheduling algorithms,mainly through the acquisition,analysis,building the passenger flow of information,on the basis of establishing the fuzzy control rules of reasoning the traffic model of elevator group system,generate the average passenger waiting time(AWT),the average passenger by ladder time(ART),long ladder rate(LWP),the energy consumption(RPC)evaluation coefficient of all four indicators;The fuzzy algorithm comprehensive evaluation function is used to calculate the response evaluation value of each elevator to the passenger calling task,and then the optimal elevator is selected for task assignment.Finally,the fuzzy algorithm is modeled and simulated on the elevator group control simulation platform built in C# language,and the simulation results are compared with a variety of elevator control algorithms.The simulation comparison of several algorithms verifies the practicability and superiority of the fuzzy control algorithm used in this paper in elevator dispatching,which can effectively reduce the energy consumption of system operation,improve the efficiency of elevator operation and passenger satisfaction. |
