Rubber asphalt can not only effectively reduce its environmental pollution and reuse of resources,but also significantly improve the mechanical properties of asphalt pavement.However,the research on the preparation technology and performance of rubber asphalt at home and abroad is not deep enough,which directly affects the production and application effect of rubber asphalt.Based on this,this paper studies how to produce and prepare rubber asphalt with excellent properties and its rheological properties.Firstly,based on the factors of rubber asphalt material(rubber asphalt type,rubber powder content,rubber powder number)and processing factors(mixing time,mixing temperature),orthogonal experiments were designed to study the three major indexes(penetration,softening point,ductility)of rubber asphalt,and to optimize the best level combination of performance and reasonable preparation process,which laid the foundation for subsequent research and application.?Secondly,the mechanism of micro-modification of rubber asphalt is described by means of physical model,using modern scientific and technological means such as spectral analyzer and scanning electron microscopy.Then,based on rheology and dynamic shear rheometer,dynamic temperature scanning and dynamic frequency scanning test of matrix asphalt,SBS modified asphalt and rubber asphalt were carried out to study the rheological properties of rubber asphalt.In view of the high temperature and rainy climate in Guangxi area,the high temperature performance of rubber asphalt was emphatically studied by repeated creep test.Finally,relying on the project of rubber asphalt pavement on the highway of Yang Yang Lu expressway,the mix proportion,road performance and construction technology of rubber asphalt SMA-13 asphalt mixture are studied,providing practical engineering experience for rubber asphalt in other areas.
