| The paper takes homogeneous rubber bitumen as cementing material,from material performance,evaluation index,mixture design and construction technology,so that the super thin wear layer of homogeneous rubber bitumen has good anti skid performance,high temperature performance and water damage resistance.It serves high speed road road maintenance project,and then is Hebei Provincial Highway maintenance work to provide technical support.Through the research of high cohesion compound modified asphalt,the paper mainly carries on the test analysis to the high temperature rheological property,the low temperature rheological property,the temperature sensitive property,the anti-aging property and so on;the wear layer mixture gradation and the mix proportion design method research,the interlayer cohesion technology research,the wear layer construction technology research four aspects to the material advancement Conduct a comprehensive study.A large number of laboratory tests show that the elastic properties of the homogeneous rubber asphalt are mainly affected by temperature.The addition of Anti-rutting agent is to improve the creep stiffness of the homogeneous rubber asphalt,but the stress relaxation ability of the binder has not been improved.The change of its content has no significant difference in the creep stiffness and stiffness change rate.Based on the test results of conventional temperature sensitivity index,high temperature rheological property and low temperature rheological property of composite modified asphalt with anti-rutting agent,the optimum content of Anti-rutting asphalt was determined according to the cost of composite modified asphalt.Through the study of gradation and mix proportion design method,it is found that the asphalt mixture with excellent comprehensive pavement performance can be obtained by the appropriate proportion of coarse aggregate of each grain size.Adding anti-rutting agent to dry mix method can improve the high temperature performance of the mixture.It can play a very good role in waterproofing of pavement when homogeneous rubber asphalt is used as abrasive layer by interlayer bonding technology.Finally,the mixing,paving and Compacting Methods of the abrasive layer mixture are determined and the test section is paved for physical engineering monitoring.The technology of ultra-thin abrasive layer which is completely owned,cost-controllable and easy to construct is formed. |
