| The waste rubber powder is added as a modifier to the asphalt to improve the performance of the asphalt while also utilizing waste,saving resources and protecting the environment.However,the rubber asphalt has poor storage stability and is prone to segregation.In order to improve the storage stability of rubber asphalt and improve its road performance,the rubber powder can be pretreated by NaOH solution to remove the Zn(C17H35COO)2 on the surface of the rubber powder,and Trans-Polyoctenamer Rubber Reactive Modifer(TOR)is added to enhance the rubber asphalt.High and low temperature performance,reduced viscosity and improved construction workability.The paper pretreated the rubber powder with NaOH solution,and added TOR and pre-treated rubber powder to the matrix asphalt to prepare TOR to improve NaOH pretreatment rubber powder asphalt(NT-RA).For comparative study NT-The performance of RA,the preparation of ordinary rubber asphalt(RA),NaOH pretreatment rubber powder rubber asphalt(N-RA),TOR improved ordinary rubber asphalt(T-RA),and selected finished stable rubber asphalt(SRA)Comparative analysis.Through the three major indicators of asphalt test and isolation test,the reasonable concentration of NaOH solution pretreatment rubber powder is 2%,and the reasonable dosage of TOR in NT-RA is 4.5%.The process parameters for the preparation of NT-RA were as follows:shear rate was 6000 r/min,shear time was 60 min,shear temperature was 180℃±5℃ development time was 60 min,and development temperature was 170℃.The molecular structure and functional group changes of NT-RA were observed by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The surface morphology of the rubber powder before and after pretreatment and the surface morphology of the rubber powder before and after the reaction were observed.The storage stability of NT-RA was experimentally studied.The separation softening point test,the separation Brookfield viscosity test and the separation dynamic shear rheometer(DSR)test were carried out by the rubber asphalt samples after heat storage in the separation tube.The test results show that NT-RA has obvious effect on improving the storage stability of rubber asphalt.The high and low temperature rheological properties of different rubber asphalts were studied by bending beam rheometer(BBR)test,DSR test and Brookfield viscosity test.The test results show that the bending creep of NT-RA in the four rubber asphalts prepared.Degree S is the smallest,the rate of change of stiffness is the largest,and is similar to SRA.The maximum G*of NT-RA at each temperature,the minimum increase of phase angle δ,and the largest G*sin-1δ,indicating that its high temperature rheological properties are good.The ability to resist high temperature shear deformation is strong,and TOR reduces the viscosity of rubber asphalt under high temperature conditions and improves the construction workability of rubber asphalt.The research results of the thesis provide the basis for the improvement of rubber asphalt performance,and provide reference for the promotion and application of rubber asphalt in China. |
