Research On The Design Of Little Dwelling In Shougang Pioneer Park Based Under Digital Background

With the rapid Urban development and construction of China,the problem of population migration and housing land in cities needs to be solved.While various scientific and technological developments bring convenience to daily life,they also indirectly change the living demand and bring out the development trend of housing "miniaturization".In the process of the digital revolution,the updated and development of information technology and manufacturing technology has brought about a change in the building industry,gradually moving towards mechanization,automation and standardization.The process of architectural design and construction production and manufacturing began to be in line with the manufacturing industry,and began to have the development tendency of small-scale personalized customization.Based on the social background and technical background of digitization,this paper discusses and defines the concept of microhousing,and studies the design of digitization and microhousing with Shougang Pioneer Park as the specific research area.In the main part,the demonstration is mainly carried out from the three levels of "city,community and cabin".At the urban level,the planning and design relationship between smart city and micro-residential area is discussed,and then the relationship between micro-residential area planning and digitalization in Shougang Pioneer Park is sorted out and the design is carried out.At the cabin level,the housing cabin based on the minimum module combination is taken as the minimum housing unit to demonstrate the design logic of the residential system composed of micro-housing from the perspective of the customization,construction,combination deformation and sustainable development of the cabin.At the community level,starting from the concept of digital community and connecting the gap between cabin design and planning design with community design,the correlation between microcommunity design and digitalization of Shougang Pioneer Park is demonstrated.
