The Digitalization of Microfluids Technology is an important research of The Micro-system Lab in Nanjing University of Science and Technology lately. There are some creative theories in The Digitalization of Microfluids Technology. In this paper, the micro measurement researches of the glass-micropipette and glass-microconduit which are mentioned in The Digitalization of Microfluids Technology above are discussed.In this paper, the different measurement methods are given based on their different characters which are mentioned in The Digitalization of Microfluids Technology aboveā€”the glass-micropipette and the glass-microconduit, the micro measurement system are built. The upend method which is based on the Image-processing technology is used for the glass-micropipette's micro measurement, meanwhile, make some further researches in The Digitalization of Microfluids Technology, and set the stainless steel powder's insufflation as a example, give the relations between the glass-micropipette's inner-diameter and the stainless steel powder's width; The refractive index liquid method is used for the glass-microconduit's micro measurement, choose the kind of liquids and summarize the proportion of the liquids which are used for confecting the refractive index liquid, at last, also set the water's transportation as an example, do some researches in The Digitalization of Microfluids Technology, measure the flux of the water.
