Abstract/Summary:
BIM Technology is a kind of building model information technology which integrates different types of parameters and serves all works in the whole life cycle of buildings and structures through the flow and application of parameters.With the acceleration of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and the maturity of BIM Technology itself,the application scope of BIM Technology continues to expand.As a branch of the construction industry chain with high technology integration,the design industry has also made a certain degree of research on BIM Technology by practitioners and industry scholars,and achieved certain results.However,at present,the application of BIM Technology in the design industry mostly stays in the reverse or semi reverse design stage,which is the traditional mold turning stage.Only when the BIM Top-Down application of the whole process from modeling to drawing design is realized,can the advantages of BIM Technology be brought into full play and the goal of improving design efficiency be realized finally.At present,the successful cases of BIM Top-Down design in China tend to be in the field of industrial and civil construction,and the research on BIM Top-Down design for municipal industry has just started.This Dissertation takes the structure of municipal water pool as the research object,through the analysis of the application status of BIM Technology of municipal water pool structure,the difficulties of BIM Top-Down design in the structural design of municipal water pool are obtained.After sorting out the difficulties,through secondary development,database and other technical measures,aiming at the municipal water pool structure,a BIM Top-Down design solution based on Revit platform is proposed on the basis of analyzing the flow of various types of BIM Top-Down design information,The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through combing and analyzing the structure design process and BIM Technology Application in the actual project,the problems and difficulties in the BIM Top-Down design of municipal water pool structure are obtained,which determines the direction for the later research content.(2)Through the in-depth study of the parametric characteristics of Revit and the analysis of the difficulties of Top-Down design,this Dissertation builds a BIM TopDown design platform for municipal water pool structure.The platform consists of core modeling software,data support system and external development program.This platform provides the framework support for the following sub research,and has a certain reference value for the future research on BIM Top-Down design of municipal project.In the meantime,the BIM forward design flow which can be widely used in municipal water pool structure and can be extended through in-depth study in the future is obtained.Analyzing the method of information flow management in the process of BIM Top-Down design of municipal water pool structure,obtaining the information classification and coding rules by extending the existing criteria.By means of secondary development,the real-time recoverable extraction of information in BIM Top-Down design is also realized.Finally,a new Revit API interface is built,which makes technical preparation for the secondary development work in the following article.(3)In view of the problems and difficulties in structural calculation in BIM TopDown design.First of all,by introducing database technology into Top-Down design research,supplemented by the means of secondary development,this paper proposes a single platform BIM Top-Down design structure calculation solution,which is different from the existing structure calculation solution,on the basis of combing the information transmission characteristics of Top-Down design of structure.Then,by means of secondary development,the calculation model of pool structure is established automatically.After that,by making full use of the characteristics of database technology,a new method of internal force calculation based on the combination of finite element and database is put forward.On the basis of fully combing the calculation method of water tank structure,the Top-Down design program of BIM structure of municipal water tank structure is obtained through secondary development.This program is divided into three modules: internal force calculation of walls,roofs and floors,checking calculation of reinforcement,crack and deflection,and overall checking calculation of pool.Finally,through the application in the actual project,the practicability and accuracy of the solution are verified.(4)In view of the problems and difficulties in the design of construction drawings,a solution of BIM Top-Down design of construction drawings on structure of municipal water pool is proposed.Through the analysis of the relationship between the parameters of Revit platform and the flow form.A family library of BIM Top-Down design annotation for municipal water pool structure is established.With the help of the means of secondary development,the automatic arrangement program of the reinforcement of the pool wall is obtained,which is connected with the previous calculation results.Finally,the automatic drawing of construction drawings is realized.Completed the forward transmission of BIM information.The quality of drawings is reliable through inspection in the actual project.The research content of this paper is conducive to the further promotion of BIM Top-Down design mode in the municipal industry,especially in the field of municipal water pool structure design,so as to ultimately achieve the improvement of design efficiency.Meanwhile,it also provides a reference for the further research of BIM TopDown design in the future.
