Research On The Public Service Facilities Of Towns And Townships In The Fringe Of Beijing

With the continuous development of urban-rural integration and equalization of public service facilities in China,the rational allocation of public service facilities has gradually become the focus of people's attention.This paper selects the villages and towns on the edge of Beijing as the research scope,and takes educational facilities,medical facilities,cultural facilities and social welfare facilities as the research objects.Using the statistical analysis,SPSS correlation analysis,kernel density analysis,buffer zone analysis and other analysis methods to analyze the development and spatial distribution of public service facilities in villages and towns on the edge.The main problems of the current situation of public service facilities are summarized,and the spatial layout of public service facilities is optimized by selecting typical towns.The paper is organized according to the idea of "the overall study of the villages and towns in marginal areas--the study of typical areas--the study of typical villages and towns".The first chapter discusses the research background,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research status,research content and methods and research framework.The second chapter firstly defines the research scope and research object,and then conducts an overall study on the evolution,spatial layout and service scope of the four types of public service facilities in villages and towns at the edge by constructing a database of public service facilities,and summarizes the main problems existing in the current situation.The third chapter studies the correlation between public service facilities and the level of economic development,population and traffic conditions,and analyzes the influencing factors of the differences in the allocation of public service facilities.The fourth chapter selects Daxing District for further in-depth study on the basis of the previous study on the overall public service facilities of villages and towns in the fringe areas.The fifth chapter puts forward the optimization principle of the spatial layout of public service facilities,selects the typical towns and villages for the four types of public service facilities,using the location distribution model to optimize the spatial layout,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.Chapter six is the conclusion of the thesis.From the perspective of the fringe areas and the towns,this paper explores the construction and development of public service facilities,expands the research scope of public service facilities,and provides references for future research on public service facilities in towns.
