Research On Working Capital Management Based On Supply Chain

At present,researchers have conducted extensive and in-depth research on working capital management and found that whether its management is effective will directly affect the liquidity and profitability of corporate assets.However,most studies have limitations and do not consider the impact of upstream suppliers and downstream customers.Chinese research on working capital management from the perspective of supply chain is in the rising stage and theoretical stage.On this basis,this study combines the current emerging supply chain management theory with working capital management,hoping to produce different sparks.Its combination not only breaks the traditional management mode and the analysis focus,but also helps the household appliance enterprise to innovate a scientific and reasonable working capital management mode,further realizes the enterprise value maximization.To sum up,the case study method is adopted in this study to select Changhong Meiling co.,LTD.,a medium-sized old company in Chinese home appliance industry,as the case company,and the leading company Gree co.,ltd.as the standard company.Combining with the concept of supply chain management,the working capital management status of Changhong Meiling co.,ltd.is evaluated and analyzed.This study found that Changhong Meiling has the following problems: In the process of purchasing,it takes up a lot of funds from upstream suppliers,and the mode of material purchasing and inventory management is relatively backward;in the production process,the traditional production mode is inefficient,suppliers and retailers do not get through cooperation,and the supply chain lacks coordination;in the marketing process,the online market share is low,the profitability is poor,and the receivables of downstream customers are slow,too dependent Travel agents.In view of the above problems,this study puts forward the following optimization suggestions: in the procurement process,optimize the procurement process,make good use of commercial credit,and promote the relationship with suppliers;in the production process,improve the production process,cooperate with suppliers and retailers,and optimize inventory management;in the marketing process,expand marketing channels,improve the accuracy of sales forecasts,and establish customer-oriented To the sales distribution model,improve the logistics distribution network system.This study hopes to explore a new way for the case company and other companies' working capital management,in order to reduce the ineffective use of capital in the supply chain and adopt the value sharing working capital management.
