In recent years,with the application of the loader in the industrial field and the weight and weight of the loader electronic scale weighing technology,the requirements of the weighing accuracy of the loader electronic scale have also been improved in the application process.The loader electronic scale needs to measure the weight of the material quickly and accurately without affecting the operation.The traditional way of weighing the goods to be loaded,the steps are cumbersome,the process is complex,and the weighing accuracy is controlled between 1% and 3%,and this precision range is now difficult to achieve in the era of high-precision loading of goods the request.Therefore,in order to meet the requirements of its weighing accuracy in practical application,it is necessary to improve the loader electronic scale weighing accuracy to do more in-depth research.In order to improve the weighing accuracy of the electronic scale,the mechanical model of the hydraulic loader is established,such as hydraulic pressure,oil temperature,hydraulic pressure,arm angle of inclination,and angular acceleration during lift.And then for these factors designed electronic weighing system hardware configuration and software support.In the hardware aspects of high-performance,low-power ARM processor STM32F207,liquid crystal display module,keyboard module,alarm module and storage module;In the software support using the transplant real-time multi-tasking operating system ?C/ OS-?.In order to control the simplicity and ease of operation,this topic uses FSMC to control the display of the LCD module and transplant the ?C / GUI graphical interface in the operating system to make the operation of the weighing system more intuitive and simple.The use of high security,real-time reliable and low-cost CAN communication,the establishment of the sensor and the host communication protocol between the completion of data transmission;Finally,the data fusion method is used to fuse the data,and the data fusion result is compared with the actual value of the loaded goods and the traditional loader weighing results,analysis error,Demonstration data fusion method can meet the requirements of improving the weighing accuracy of hydraulic loader electronic scale.
