Due to the continuous reduction of energy,it increases the demand for energy saving materials each year.Earlier clay brick industry has be one of the important factors of resource depletion,it wastes limited land resources and coal resources,at the same time we focus on research rectangular hole brick due to the cut policy requirements and 《Fired perforated brick and block》(GB13544-2011)which is the type change,relying on the Guangxi science and Technology Department of scientific project "sintered shale porous brick building technical specification for improvement and upgrading".In the process of use shale resource,it makes full of its local conditions,energy saving and eases the shortage of arable land,which modern high-rise buildings increase and burden the axial pressure.Therefore,in this paper it is mainly to study the rectangular hole brick,which carries out about the rectangular hole the compressive specimens shear pressure and bending experiments,and grasps proposed equation of the masonry,so it provides the local standard data as a certain reference data.It analysis and compares the three main theories of rectangular hole brick masonry in shear force,and uses 4 kinds of mortar level to complete the experiment,apply to the composite experiment by 0~9 levels of horizontal loads and analyses principle of composite failure,which are used pure shear strength and brick compressive strength as a base to fit,finally it gets the fitted curve and the average shear pressure suggestions expression;curves show to increase and decrease,it indicates strength increases with mortar level increases,which the reason is that increase the friction and more firmly at the interface.In the role of low axial force it compares other types of brick in shear curve under pressure,which it shows the same rising tendency,however rectangular hole brick masonry is lower than ordinary solid brick in the shear pressure intensity data,which reason is that the pin do not play a role,so it tends to negative to use the standard structure calculation,it studies that the autoclave aerated concrete brick masonry curve rises fast than others bricks,which shows that the horizontal force is the most obvious than latter;and it discusses the main factors of the pressure and shear forces.It analysis bend experiment two ways of through slot and chifeng about rectangular hole brick masonry,aiming to study destruction phenomenon and principle,it explores experimental data and destructive force rules failure,and studies the theoretical analysis,finally uses the fitting data to obtain about average bending strength of recommendations the expression,so it can improve the an effective experimental reference value about the Guangxi masonry criterion.
