According to the national development and reform commission about "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" wall materials innovation work demands,at present, our country in the existing buildings, occupy a large proportion of the masonry structure, long in service of masonry buildings will produce different degrees of damage, its security is worrying.Modification and decoration,a lot of masonry structure, there are historical background of masonry structure buildings need to overhaul and maintenance, all these need the masonry structure security, reliability and durability make evaluation system.Compared with concrete structure and masonry structure antifreeze performance is poorer, freezing injury has become the influence of concrete and masonry structure performance is one of the main reasons, and in all previous earthquake damage, suffer harm in masonry structure is the most serious. Therefore, the study of frost resistance of masonry structure is imperative and has important practical significance. In order to study the influence of different freezing and thawing cycle times on the mechanical properties of sintered shale porous brick masonry, this experiment adopted M10 cement mortar,MU15 sintered shale porous bricks and sintered shale porous bricks constructed of sintered shale porous bricks. In accordance with the freeze-thaw cycle system, the body was tested for 0,25,50,75 and 100 cycles of freeze-thaw cycles. At the same time, the shear test and axial resistance of the sintered shale porous brick masonry were also conducted. The mechanical test of the pressure test was conducted to investigate the number of freeze-thaw cycles of M10 cement mortar,MU15 sintered shale perforated bricks, and sintering at 0,25,50,75 and 100 freeze-thaw cycles. The influence of the stress-strain curve of the shale porous brick masonry of shale porous brick masonry on the mechanical properties, the joint shear resistance of the through seam, the axial compression resistance and the elastic modulus, and the degeneration model with freeze-thaw cycles Axial compressive damage constitutive model of masonry after freezing and thawing validates the rationality and applicability of the constitutive model of masonry compressive damage. In the experimental study of the effect of different freeze-thaw cycle times on the mechanical properties of sintered shale porous brick masonry,it was found that this test can provide valuable value for the evaluation of the durability of sintered masonry porous shale masonry structures in service.Theoretical and experimental basis, and the model is in good agreement with the experimental results, which provides an accurate basis for the simulation of other properties of sintered shale porous brick masonry structures, such as seismic vulnerability and finite element simulation.
