In China to prohibit the use of solid clay brick requirements at the same time,vigorously develop energy-saving new wall materials.Making the sintered shale brick porous brick instead of the original solid clay brick.However,shale mine in China uneven distribution,a direct result of the use of shale brick in China related research carried out later.At present,China has no corresponding production and application of technical guidance procedures,limiting the shale brick industry in China’s development.Therefore,under the strong support of Guangxi Science and Technology Department,Guangxi University of Science and Technology successfully established project(Guike attack 0861001-7)and proceeded with the preparation of "sintered shale porous brick building technical regulations",began to study the round hole sintered shale brick The basic mechanical properties of the body and carry out the relevant mechanical performance test.On April 1,2012,China formally implemented the "sintered porous brick and porous brick block"(GB13544-2011)procedures,but the provisions of the porous brick on which to modify,the most important one is to cancel the round hole and Other non-rectangular holes in the brick body,the provisions of the use of rectangular hole brick body.National implementation of the new standard is because the rectangular hole sintered shale brick thermal performance is better,in line with China’s energy-saving environmental protection theme.At present,the domestic for the rectangular hole sintered shale brick and its masonry little research,according to the status quo,in order to complete the "sintered shale porous brick construction technical regulations" and "sintered shale porous brick construction technical regulations" In this paper,the shear behavior of rectangular sintered shale brick masonry is studied and the seismic performance of the wall is studied.It is hoped that the contribution of the rectangular hole sintered shale brick and the wall reform will be made.The main contents of this paper are divided into four parts:1.Introduction: This paper introduces the research background and research significance and development direction of this paper,and expounds the research results of seismic performance of masonry and the main research methods and methods adopted at home and abroad.2.Experimental study on shear strength of sintered shale brick masonry: The shear strength of the sintered shale brick masonry and solid sintered shale brick masonry was calculated and the shear strength was calculated and the rectangular hole Sintered shale brick masonry seam shear strength of the proposed formula,the existing use of the standard formula has a certain security reserves.At the same time,it analyzes the role of mortar pin in raising the shear force of masonry.3.Sintered shale brick wall quasi-static test: detailed description of the wall quasi-static test program,test the test content,loading program,loading process,wall damage and other related test phenomena and record the relevant content.4.Quasi-static test results and data analysis: Through the failure of the test wall and the experimental data recorded by MTS,the load displacement curve of the roof is depicted,and the rectangular hole sintered shale brick wall and the solid sintered shale brick wallare further analyzed The hysteresis curve,the skeleton curve,the eigenvalue,the ductility coefficient,the energy dissipation coefficient and the stiffness degradation curve under the repeated horizontal load are compared and compared.The experimental results show that the sintered shale wall of the rectangular hole has higher shear capacity and deformation ability than the solid sintered shale wall.
