Improved structure of a new lubricating pump, especially on critical part—slipper block(MC nylon material), analyzing it,s geometrical parameter and conditions of stress,in order to decrease it,s head face abrasion and improve pump,s suction abality,and at the same time the slipper block is wearable just because of it,s abrasion is well- proportioned, it,s intension is verified and resist abrasion is analysied;On the basis of those situations,besides assure its life and functions of the design of spring and rotor ,the replaceability is considered;The stator composed by two parts which make form different material:the bearing steel outer stator and brass inner stator.by the means of interference fit to ensure stator intensity and depress moment temperature rise of slipper block;The obverse side of the valve plate is sintered a layer of bronze and set fluid channel to satisfy Hydraulic pressure balance of top and bottom of slipper block,which in the oil absorb and drainage area,at the same time provide lateral force to achieve transverse plane gap automatism compensation,further enhance oil absorption of the pump.After ascertain the structure and dimension, the performance parameter such as delivery capacity, flow rate, efficiency, torque,life-span was analyzed; Finally in order to test the slipper block's intensity,introduced the popular finite element analysis software ANSYS to analysis the slipper block's stress and strain.
