The stiffness and damping of the traditional passive suspension are fixed,and the output damping force of the vehicle can not be in the ideal state under different working conditions and road conditions.Semi-active suspension can not only improve the ride comfort of the vehicle,but also recover part of the vibration energy of the vehicle and store it in the battery,which can be used in the electronic and electrical equipment of the vehicle,so as to improve the economic performance of the vehicle.In order to improve the energy efficiency and damping effect of the energy feedback suspension,this paper designs a semi-active suspension structure with equal ratio transmission ball screw.According to different road excitation,the electromagnetic damping force of the suspension is adjusted to improve the ride comfort and handling stability of the vehicle.At the same time,the recovered electric energy is stored.By analyzing the structure and working principle of the equal ratio drive ball screw semi-active suspension,the two degree of freedom suspension model and the mathematical model of the equal ratio drive ball screw actuator are established.At the same time,the semi-active control strategy of the suspension is designed,and the parameter sensitivity analysis is carried out by using the established mathematical model The parameters are optimized by Matlab genetic algorithm toolbox,and the suspension parameters are checked and calculated.A kind of energy storage device with step-by-step voltage regulation is designed to store the recovered electric energy and analyze the feasibility of the device.The dynamic performance and energy feedback characteristics of the suspension are simulated and analyzed with MATLAB software.In addition,the physical prototype of the suspension actuator is manufactured by the determined parameters,and the bench test of the suspension is carried out to verify the feasibility of the structure of the equal ratio transmission ball screw semi-active suspension.The test results show that the acceleration curve of the spring load and the instantaneous energy feedback voltage curve of the semi-active suspension with unequal transmission ball screw have obvious fluctuations due to the different positive and negative transmission ratios.Compared with them,the acceleration curve of the spring load and the instantaneous energy feedback voltage curve of the semi-active suspension with equal transmission ball screw are relatively smooth.At the same time,it can be concluded that the root mean square value of spring loaded mass acceleration of the equal transmission/ball screw semi-active suspension is reduced by 14.44%and the average value of energy supply voltage is increased by 18.47%compared with the non equal transmission ball screw semi-active suspension.Therefore,the equal ratio transmission ball screw semi-active suspension can effectively suppress the spring loaded mass acceleration and the fluctuation of energy supply voltage,while the dynamic performance and energy supply efficiency of the suspension have been significantly improved.
