Suspension is an important assembly of vehicles, which directly determines the performance of the vehicle ride comfort and safety or not. Comfort is the decision by the vehicle ride comfort, and security is the operational stability of the vehicle determined; so, which means that to meet the vehicles suspension ride comfort, handling and stability but also to meet their. However, the performance of vehicles is between these two constraints; Therefore, we can not design a perfect suspension performance can only be found between the best point of balance. To meet the demand for high-performance suspension, the people in the passive suspension, active suspension based on the concept of semi-active suspension; it has both passive suspension structure is simple, low cost, stable performance; it simple to initiate Suspension of superiority, and therefore, by the people's attention.Firstly, it studies suspension parameters which affect on ride comfort evaluation from the suspension of some parameters on the impact of launch vehicle performance analysis for different road excitation; which provides a theoretical foundation for the parameter optimization and control strategy of Semi-active suspension in the back.Secondly, it has established three degrees of freedom (man-Seat-Body) vehicle model based on 1/4 body semi-active suspension model with two degrees of freedom, considering the ride comfort of several evaluation index, established the comfort, suspension deflection and acceleration of the standard deviation of standard deviation as an objective, variable-damping shock absorbers to optimize the variables at different levels and different road running speed combined with genetic algorithm, to optimize the parameters of the suspension obtained in a variety of vehicle driving conditions optimal semi-active suspension damping value.Finally, it has established a 1/4 semi-active suspension of the simplified body model with two degree of freedom in ADAMS, and then based on semi-active suspension control strategy research to improve the ride comfort and vehicle handling and stability ultimate goal for semi-active suspension of adaptability and intelligence were analyzed. How to improve Semi-active suspension adaptive context on the input of different road excitation has very important significance to improve vehicle ride comfort and handling stability study. Therefore.the fuzzy control and PID control has got advantages and better control effect with control theory of adaptive fuzzy PID used on semi-active suspension, which basics features are fuzzy control, combined with the adaptive PID control strategy.It puts simulation model of semi-active suspension established in the ADAMS into MATLAB software, combined with adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm of the simulation model of the joint simulation, and gets the simulation curves of semi-active suspension with adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm, compared with passive suspension, the result shows that the adaptive fuzzy PID control strategy can improve vehicle ride comfort well.
