At present,my country’s population aging problem is becoming more and more serious,there is a shortage of young labor,and the demographic dividend is gradually disappearing.At the same time,the general improvement of the national cultural level of our country has made the traditional extensive construction mode of my country’s construction industry increasingly difficult and expensive.With the rapid development of digital technology and smart cities,it is obviously not objective to want to use labor to form competitiveness.Therefore,this article starts with the construction method,through in-depth research on the current status of the industry,to build an intelligent building management system for assembly-building based on BIM(Building Information Modeling),in order to provide a theoretical basis for the transformation and development of my country’s construction industry.First,through the analysis of domestic and international prefabricated building cases and existing research,starting from different stages of project planning,design,construction and operation,the development status and existing problems of domestic prefabricated buildings are analyzed,and methods to support smart construction models are excavated And means,such as prefabricated construction,BLM(Building Lifecycle Management),lean construction,IPD(Integrated Project Delivery),BIM,CPS(Cyber Physical System),and The above-mentioned relevant theories carry out in-depth research,combining the background of Industry 4.0 and lean construction ideas,to explore the connotation and content of intelligent construction.Secondly,with the goal of smart construction of the full life cycle of prefabricated buildings,BIM is used as the information technology support for prefabricated buildings,CPS is used as the information processing platform,and IPD mode is used as the theoretical guidance to study the system elements,system environment and In the realization of BIM environment,build a BIM-based assembly building intelligent construction management system.Third,on the basis of expert investigation,SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions)is used to process expert opinions,and the reliability analysis and validity analysis of BIM-based smart construction management system indicators for prefabricated buildings,And use I-AHP(Improve Analytic Hierarchy Process)-entropy weight method combined weighting method to calculate system index weights,combined with ABC classification(Activity Based Classification)to calculate the results Analyze and determine the control points of different control levels of the prefabricated building intelligent construction management system.Finally,suggestions are given to improve the level of intelligent construction management of prefabricated buildings.This article applies the concepts of BIM and smart construction to the full life cycle of prefabricated buildings,and classifies different levels of control points for the BIM-based smart construction management system for prefabricated buildings,and promotes the smart construction of prefabricated buildings in China.Development has certain theoretical guiding significance.
