Building shape is the shape carrier of the building functional space.Building shape directly reflects the shape and size of the outer surface of the building.The change of the building shape not only affects the size of the interface between the building and the external heat and cold exchange and how much the building receives solar radiation heat,but also affects the building.In order to design a comfortable and energy-saving building,the impact of building size on energy consumption must be considered in the preliminary design stage of the building plan.This subject takes the unit house in Xi’an area as the research object,studies the function law of the unit shape design elements of the unit house on the building energy consumption,and discusses the energy-saving building unit design of the unit house.First,based on the energy-saving design of unit houses and the analysis of related energy consumption impact parameters,basic data was obtained through field investigations on newly built unit houses in Xi’an in recent years,and the indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity of typical unit houses in Xi’an were obtained.Test and analyze the current shape design and indoor thermal environment of the unit houses in Xi’an;second,based on the survey data and the characteristics of the research objects,formulate a simulation plan,use PKPM-Energy energy consumption simulation software to formulate a grouping plan for each shape design element and carry out energy consumption calculation.Analyze the energy consumption data statistically and get the influence law of each parameter on the energy consumption and fit the regression model,summarize and summarize the energy-saving optimization strategy of unit type residential in Xi’an.Finally,the optimization strategy is applied to the investigation example,and the energy consumption simulation and comparison of the original building and the optimized building are carried out.Based on the above research work,the following conclusions are drawn:when the building area,heating area,and building height are the same,the energy consumption of the house corresponding to the rectangular plane is the lowest;based on the rectangular plane,for several common plane areas,when the building height is the same,The residential energy consumption decreases first and then increases with the increase of the plane aspect ratio.When the area is400m~2~1200m~2,when the plane aspect ratio of the residence is 2:1~3:2,the energy consumption per unit area is the lowest;The increase of the standard floor area reduces the degree of impact of building height on residential energy consumption;the impact of various building parameters on residential energy consumption is in order of plane shape,plane length,building height and plane width.Through the simulation analysis of energy consumption,it is known that the energy-saving rate of the house after body optimization is improved by 17.2%compared with the original house,which verifies the feasibility of the energy-saving optimization strategy.The conclusion of the study provides a reference and basis for the energy-saving figure design of unit residential buildings in Xi’an...
