| Under the background of "people-centered" social development,public park,as an important part of urban public resources,is an important medium for people to enjoy public services.With the development of social economy,the living standard of residents has been continuously improved,and the requirements for public park recreation services have been gradually raised.In order to meet the growing needs of people for a better life,in recent years,Haidian District of Beijing has been vigorously carrying out activities to leave white space and increase green space,and to ease up and promote the improvement,so as to continuously improve the service radius coverage of parks and green space.Therefore,how to effectively evaluate the existing public park resources and make full use of the limited land resources for the incremental improvement of public park is crucial.This paper takes the public park in Haidian District of Beijing as the research object and builds the evaluation model of the public park recreation service on the basis of summarizing the existing research.In this paper,the existing service radius coverage index is questioned and the accessibility evaluation method is introduced.GIS network analysis was used to evaluate and analyze the accessibility of public park,and the performance of public park recreation service was evaluated by two indexes: average public park spatial performance and per capita public park service performance.Finally,targeted optimization strategies were proposed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the accessibility analysis,the coverage of 500 m service range of public park is only 7.25%,which is quite different from the 90.89% coverage rate obtained by the service radius statistics.The accessibility analysis is more scientific and authentic than the traditional coverage index of service radius,and the recreation service of public park is still at a level to be improved.(2)There are some problems in the spatial performance of public park recreation service,such as the significant urban-rural difference,the poor matching degree between population density and the spatial distribution of public park.(3)The increment of public park should give priority to the construction of small green space in residents’ 15-minute living circle.(4)The improvement of the quality of public park should focus on updating the design concept of the park,increasing the number of park entrances and increasing the proportion of activity sites.The evaluation system of public park recreation service is helpful to improve the quantitative index of public park service level.The research results are of great significance for the optimization of the spatial layout of public park in Haidian District and the improvement of residents’ sense of acquisition and happiness of public park recreation services. |
