| Metro vehicle maintenance resource configuration is important for safety operation. It plays an important part in guaranteeing the quality, saving the cost and improving the effi-ciency of maintenance. So, it is an important research on metro vehicle maintenance re-source configuration.Considering the influencing factors of vehicle maintenance resource configuration, the constitution of maintenance resource is bought forward from five aspects, including envi-ronment, rule, demand, human, and material. By studying the dynamic relationship of maintenance resource and its configuration process, it is revealed that the key issue of ve-hicle maintenance resource configuration is human resource and material resource con-figuration.Based on evolution of Nanjing Metro vehicle maintenance pattern and analysis of changes in human resource, the reason of carrying out "Total Efficiency Maintenance" is proposed. Then a model of maintenance human resource configuration is constructed under "Total Efficiency Maintenance" constraint. The model is based on the human resource configuration problem, in which level of staff skill and key maintenance procedure are considered. Furthermore, a Genetic Algorithm is proposed to solve the maintenance human resource configuration model. The coding method and manipulation steps of Genetic Algo-rithm are given.According to the classification and inventory of Nanjing Metro vehicle equipment, the management of vehicle special parts is chosen to be the research object. Based on safety inventory and life cycle theory, an optimal inventory model of vehicle special parts is con-structed, which considers the time value of fund. An example is given to exhibit the appli-cation of the model.Finally, an information management system of metro vehicle maintenance resource configuration based on above studies is developed. |
