Study On The Urban Green Space Cooperation Governance In Minquan County

The change of social principal contradiction makes people's demand for good ecological environment more and more intense.The scale of green space construction is increasing gradually,and the difficulty of green space management is increasing.The single government management is already out of its depth.At the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,it was pointed out that we should build a community of social governance in which all people have responsibility,all people do their duty and all people enjoy.As a quasi-public product,urban green space is an important part of social governance,and cooperative governance is a new model of social governance.Therefore,from the perspective of co-governance,this paper analyzes the results,problems and causes of co-governance of urban green space in Minquan County,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to provide guidance for the practice of co-governance of other similar urban green space.Taking Minquan County as an example,this paper uses the methods of theoretical research,field investigation and comparative analysis to sort out the present situation and characteristics of urban green space in Minquan County,which is jointly built and shared by government,market,social organization and residents,and summed up the lack of scientific governance planning,Governance Main Lack of initiative,governance implementation lack of sustainability,governance results lack of timeliness,and other issues,this paper analyzes the causes of formation from the consciousness of cooperative governance,the cooperative subject,the encouragement of social forces,the guarantee of system and mechanism,etc..Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions from the following aspects: strengthening the top-level design of cooperative governance,perfecting the multi-cooperation system and mechanism,stimulating the participation of social forces,and strengthening the supervision of cooperative governance.
