The construction cost of an engineering project is mainly composed of three aspects:project design cost,procurement cost of construction engineering materials and engineering equipment,and on-site construction cost.The procurement cost accounts for the largest proportion of the project construction,which is about 60%,but in the actual project,the construction party focuses on the construction cost on site,the control is difficult and the effect is not obvious,and practice has proved to be saved by taking measures at the construction site The cost effect is not ideal.Therefore,it is very urgent to optimize the procurement cost of engineering materials and formulate a scientific and reasonable procurement plan to control and reduce construction costs.In the process of project implementation,the demand rate of construction engineering materials may be affected by objective factors,so how to determine the optimal procurement cycle and procurement volume is particularly important.From the perspective of fuzzy demand and price fluctuations,this article first establishes the most procurement model through fuzzy demand theory to determine the optimal procurement cycle and procurement volume;secondly,the contractor 's procurement strategy when price fluctuations are studied,and the big data color analysis model,Combined with the financial futures market,select the appropriate time for hedging,and finally combine the two procurement models to establish a fuzzy decision-making model for construction engineering materials procurement under the influence of fuzzy demand and price fluctuations.This paper studies the optimal procurement decision of construction engineering materials.The main research work and results are:1.When the demand for construction engineering materials is uncertain,the triangular fuzzy number theory is used to calculate the optimal procurement cycle and quantity,which reduces the procurement cost;2.When the price of construction engineering materials is uncertain,use big data theory to hedge the construction engineering materials to reduce the risk of material price fluctuations;3.Combining the fuzzy demand of construction materials with price fluctuations,first determine the optimal procurement cycle and procurement volume,to avoid the occurrence of shortages and excess inventory,and secondly,the use of big data color analysis and hedging strategies to ease the materials The risk of rising prices has greatly reduced the procurement cost of engineering building materials.The research results can provide a reference for the construction contractor to determine the construction engineering procurement strategy.
