In recent years,with the rapid growth of China’s economic aggregate,people’s demand for the safety performance of electricity is higher and higher.The 220 kvgis equipment uses SF6 gas as the insulation medium,which can seal the high-voltage electrical components in the grounding metal cylinder,and has the advantages of small floor area,small volume,light weight,high operation reliability,low mechanical failure rate,etc.,which can meet the security of power grid High power requirements.Since 2000,GIS equipment has been widely used in power engineering in China.At present,with the continuous updating of GIS equipment,GIS technology is becoming more and more advanced.In order to ensure the safety of power grid,it is more and more necessary to study the GIS equipment transformation project,especially the project schedule management.The main cause of GIS equipment accident is the failure of the hydraulic device of GIS equipment breaker due to the improper opening and closing of the switch.When the opening and closing of the switch is not in place,once the switch is in live operation,the discharge phenomenon is easy to occur between the switch and the live part,thus reducing the insulation level of the air chamber,leading to more serious phase to phase or three-phase fault,which will bring incalculable loss to the regional power supply safety and economic development.This paper comes from the 220 kvgis hydraulic device transformation project of a city power supply bureau.The background of this project is that in 2016,the inspection and maintenance center of a city power supply bureau considered to use the information with characteristic quantity generated along with the opening and closing of the disconnector as the criterion according to the characteristics of the 220 kvgis breaker hydraulic device.The opening and closing sound of the disconnector is produced along with the motor rotation,mechanism transmission,contact engagement and other processes in the box of the disconnector mechanism The project name is "220kvgis circuit breaker hydraulic device transformation project of a city power supply bureau"(hereinafter referred to as "hydraulic device transformation project"),which aims to solve the power accident caused by the inadequate opening and closing of 220 kvgis hydraulic device in the pilot area The hydraulic device of 220 kvgis breaker in Municipal Power Supply Bureau was reformed,and the practical effect of this technology was obtained.In this paper,first of all,through the work breakdown structure(WBS)method,Gantt chart method and other methods,the hydraulic device transformation project is analyzed in detail,and it is found that the project has developed a more comprehensive project progress monitoring and control mechanism system,which comprehensively controls the actual implementation of the project.Secondly,through the earned value method to evaluate the deviation between the actual progress and the planned progress of the project,it is proposed to accurately control the progress of the project,so as to optimize the project schedule,reduce the cost and achieve the improvement of the project income.Finally,in order to ensure the progress management of the hydraulic device transformation project can be carried out orderly,this paper also from the resources,system,technology and other aspects of the hydraulic device transformation project to develop the guarantee measures of the project progress management.In this paper,the progress of the hydraulic device transformation project research,can provide a reference for the power industry GIS equipment transformation project,but also enrich the power grid upgrading and transformation project on the progress management field of theoretical research. |
