With the rapid growth of China’s national economy,the state and governments at all levels are taking active actions to adjust the industrial structure to the maximum extent,eliminate backward production capacity and improve the urban cultural environment.Therefore,the closure,closure,relocation and transformation of some traditional old industrial companies have become one of the key points of urban industrial structure adjustment and environmental management.There are a lot of researches on the renewal of old industrial areas at home and abroad,but few of them take it as a special object systematically.On the one hand,through the investigation of the concept,classification and development process of the old industrial areas at home and abroad,it shows the urgency and importance of the transformation of China’s old industrial areas.On the other hand,this paper summarizes the development strategy of the old industrial zone,and puts forward the viewpoint of renewing the old industrial zone with the comprehensive development strategy according to the different viewpoints of society,culture and ecology.This paper first introduces the basic theoretical knowledge of schedule planning and control in the project management,and then analyzes how to prepare the project design plan and control the plan under the condition of strictly limited time limit in the old reconstruction project of Bei7 Silo of Shougang.In the case,according to the actual situation of the enterprise and the project,a reasonable project organization structure was established to clarify the responsibilities of each post and put them into practice.Meanwhile,a smooth communication mechanism was established to provide organizational and management guarantee for the schedule planning and control.Use WBS,Gantt chart and other tools and methods to develop schedule to meet project requirements. |
