Most doctors work hard today and cannot get adequate rest and adjustment.In particular,departments such as emergency departments and surgery often work long hours,causing huge hidden harm to health.In order to fill the shortage of medical resources,many doctors work overtime or even work with illnesses,and as patients are also doctors.Advances in medical technology have reduced the burden on patients undergoing surgery,but the physical burden on medical staff has not been effectively reduced.Therefore,the huge physical energy consumption faced by doctors during surgery and overtime work is an urgent problem to be solved.The dental surgery process requires the dentist to perform a variety of complex and delicate operations in the oral cavity with a very narrow field of view and operation area.After a long period of work,the dentist has a higher proportion of neck,shoulder,wrist,and waist syndromes than other occupations.The shoulder,shoulders,arms,back,and waist are the most fatigued parts of the surgeon after surgery.As the society’s attention to the health of medical staff continues to increase,people’s understanding of medical work is deepened,and more and more designs to improve the working conditions of medical staff are also emerging,but there is a lack of auxiliary equipment for doctors’ surgery on the market.Therefore,I want to design a device that can support the doctor ’s body during surgery and reduce its physical consumption to a certain extent through the computer-aided ergonomic design method and the analysis of the labor posture evaluation method to adapt to the humanity in the background of caring for medical staff Requirements.The main work of this paper includes:(1)Analyze the flow and spatial layout of the dental operating room to find the design foothold;(2)Establish a simplified doctor virtual human model in CATIA based on body size data;(3)Research Analyzed the dentist’s operation posture under the guidance of PD theory,simulated the common dental operation posture in CATIA,and analyzed it using the ergonomic analysis module to determine the best posture;(4)using the ergonomic design prototype method to complete the design of the auxiliary device To conduct a feasibility analysis.
