LED tube light is an energy-saving lighting product that replaces double-ended fluorescent lamps.Its light-emitting principle is completely different from that of fluorescent tubes.Double-ended fluorescent lamps use mercury vapor to release ultraviolet rays after being energized to cause the phosphor to emit visible light.LED tube lights rely on Solid state lighting with electrically excited photodiodes.Different structures and light emitting principles have produced different safety haz ards and performance evaluation indicators.However,the current domestic standards and inspection methods are not yet mature and mature,resulting in uneven product quality on the market,which may affect consumers and even quality inspection.Relevant ag encies and personnel have also caused a lot of confusion.Based on the above background,this article uses the LED tube lamp products currently on the market as the test object,and refers to the existing standards of lighting lamps for LED tube lamps.Res earch on the testing of safety projects and the evaluation of lighting performance has certain significance for promoting the improvement of relevant standard systems.First this article first analyzes the current development status of LED tube lights,especially the status and problems of inspection and testing,introduces the main factors and indicators of safety and performance evaluation of LED tube lights,and elaborates the relevant standards and inspections at home and abroad.The development status and trend of the inspection,sampling survey and analysis of a large number of non-replaceable double-ended LED tube lights that can be used directly in the current market.Then,the safety test methods of LED tube lights were researched,from the selectio n of test items,the source of test samples to the protection against electric shock and pin safety,and the design and optimization of test circuits and equipment,and the test process,and Experiments on electrical strength,insulation resistance,and he at and fire resistance were conducted,and corresponding conclusions were obtained,and corresponding conclusions were obtained.Thirdly,the method of evaluating the lighting performance of LED tube lights was studied,the main indicators of the lighting performance of LED tube lights were analyzed,and then the most important strobe indicators of LED tube lights were studied,and their hazards were analyzed.Then according to different distances and lighting time,the strobe index of different samples was tested and analyzed.Finally,taking the opportunity of an LED tube lamp safety risk detection task commissioned by the General Administration of Inspection and Quarantine of the unit as an opportunity,through the collection of double-end LED tube lamp samples on the market,combined with the method and system studied in this paper,the safety items and performance indicators were inspected and tested.The corresponding inspection report was obtained,which provided a reference for relevant units to grasp the status of the market LED tube lights and the improvement of related standards.
