With the development of industry and the development of automobile towards safety,comfort and environmental protection,higher requirements are put forward for the comprehensive performance of tire.In addition to the requirements of high road traction,good ride comfort and handling stability,the tyres are also required to have low noise and low wear.Under the requirements of ensuring various performances,all performances are comprehensively improved and balanced at a high level.But on the whole,there is no evaluation method and system for tire performance in the market at present.Therefore,this paper takes tire performance evaluation as the core,evaluation theory research as the auxiliary,and evaluation test as the method.This paper introduces the important role of tire safety,comfort and environmental protection.Through the road comparison test of five different brands of tires,it not only introduces the test methods of specific test items,but also gives a certain score weight for different test items,and finallyobtains the comprehensive test results of tires,which lays a certain foundation for the comprehensive evaluation of tire roads ? At the same timeIt is of great significance to the research of tire total quality grade evaluation in the future.In this paper,through six specific experiments of dry land braking,wet land braking,dry land control,wet land control,noise test and wear-resistant test,the specific performance of the tire is scientifically and truly collected and calculated,and through the comprehensive road condition test of 20000 kilometers and data statistical calculation,the theoretical life of the tire is scientifically calculated,and finally a unified system for each tire is formed First,the scientific evaluation of tire performance is realized.
