| Street lamp safety prevention and control technology is an important content of street lamp control in smart city.In the conventional safety prevention and control technology of street lamp personal electric shock,the lumped residual current is used to replace the personal electric shock current for judgment,which has the defects of missing judgment and misjudgment.The manual inspection method for equipment safety prevention and control(such as lamp pole tilt and cable stolen)has the defects of low efficiency and poor real-time performance.Therefore,this thesis focuses on the above two key technical issues-on-line detection technology of electric shock accident of street lamp and safety prevention and control technology of street lamp equipment.The main research contents and achievements are as follows.This thesis studies the causes,characteristics and development trend of the two hidden dangers of personal safety and equipment safety of street lamps in smart city.On this basis,the thesis designs the smart city street lamp safety prevention and control system scheme,system topology,in the realization of street lamp personal safety protection at the same time,all-round protection of street lamp system equipment safety,to ensure the safe and stable operation of street lamp safety prevention and control system.The relevant theory and algorithm of on-line detection technology for electric shock accident of street lamp are studied.According to the theory of human body impedance model and the working characteristics of the existing street lamp system,the causes of missed detection and false detection in the existing electric shock detection methods are analyzed,and a multi parameter fusion method for the detection of electric shock accident of street lamp is proposed.This method is based on the experimental platform of electric shock accident of street lamp lighting system.By collecting the waveforms of phase voltage,lumped residual current and lamp current for two consecutive power frequency cycles,the effective value change rate of residual current component and random capacitive residual current component in suspected electric shock accident are calculated The normalized characteristic quantity of the effective value change rate of the lamp current is fused to get the comprehensive characteristic recognition coefficient of the personal electric shock accident.By comparing with the empirical threshold,it can judge whether there is a personal electric shock accident,and the effectiveness of the personal electric shock accident detection method is verified by simulation.This thesis studies the causes of street lamp cable theft and lamp pole tilt accident,and puts forward the cable anti-theft method and lamp pole tilt early warning method based on the broadband power line carrier communication(HPLC)technology,so as to realize the real-time and effective protection of street lamp equipment.The technical realization of street lamp safety prevention and control technology in smart city is studied.Completed the relevant technical requirements analysis,hardware designThe on-line detection technology of electric shock accident of street lamp and the safety prevention and control technology of street lamp equipment are tested and analyzed.The results of laboratory test and actual project operation show that the proposed multi parameter fusion detection method for electric shock accident of street lamp can identify 100%of the electric shock accidents in the street lamp system;Street lamp cable anti-theft technology and street lamp pole tilt alarm equipment security prevention and control technology can successfully solve the current street lamp system equipment security risks.Finally,it realizes the comprehensive,safe and reliable operation of street lamp safety prevention and control system in smart city,which has engineering practical value. |
