As a key component of optical system,micro structure array is widely used in imaging system,new energy,communication and other fields.Different from the traditional process,roll to roll forming technology needs to complete the processing of the micro structure array on the surface of the roller first,and then use the processed roller die to produce the micro structure array film in large area.This technology can greatly improve the processing efficiency of the micro structure array and meet the growing demand for the micro structure array film.Roll to roll forming technology develops late in China.As the key link of this technology,the processing of roller die still depends on foreign machine tools.Therefore,in order to break the monopoly of developed countries in this field,it is of great significance to research and develop the large-scale precision roller machine and its control system for the micro structure array machining of roller die surface.This paper first introduces the mechanical structure of the large-scale precision roller machine,and then according to its actual use environment,selects the hardware of its motion controller,industrial computer,servo drive system,measurement feedback system,etc.,and uses IPC+UMAC control mode to build the hardware platform of the control system of the large-scale precision roller machine.Based on Windows 7 operating system,the upper computer software of control system is developed by qt4.8.Based on the analysis of the functions of the upper computer software,the framework of the upper computer software is designed,and the communication between the upper computer and the lower computer is realized by using the dynamic link library.Finally,the design and development from the UI layer,the technical service layer to the application logic layer are completed.Then,relying on the powerful function of UMAC motion controller,using C + +language,the software of the upper computer is compiled,including machine status display,motion control,code generation,processing file management and other functions.Secondly,by analyzing the machining principle of the large-scale precision rollermachine,the machining method of the micro structure array on the surface of the roller is discussed.Taking the linear Fresnel structure as an example,the modeling of the micro structure array on the surface is completed.According to the generated machining code,the tool path simulation of the micro structure on the surface of the roller is completed by using the machining simulation software.Finally,the control system of the large-scale precision roller machine is verified by using the existing resources of the laboratory.The functions of enabling,returning to zero,loading and running of processing documents of the machine tool are realized successfully,and the feasibility and stability of the system are verified.
