Bearing cylindrical roller is an important part of train cylindrical roller bearing.With the rapid development of railway transportation industry,train bearing cylindrical roller often produces a variety of surface defects under the condition of high speed and heavy load,which affects the safety of train operation.In recent years,machine vision has been more and more widely used in train maintenance,especially in cylindrical roller surface defect detection.Obtaining high quality cylindrical roller surface image is essential for using machine vision to effectively detect cylindrical roller surface defects.Therefore,it is great significance to study the surface image acquisition system of cylindrical roller.In this paper,theoretical analysis,simulation verification and physical experiment are adopted to study the surface image acquisition system of cylindrical roller systematically,and a surface image acquisition system of cylindrical roller is designed.The main research work is as follows:1.The surface defects identification standard of bearing cylindrical roller in the process of train maintenance is built,and the design index of cylindrical roller surface image acquisition system is established according to the roller surface defect identification standard.The selection of camera,lens,light source and controller in the cylindrical roller surface image acquisition system is completed according to the design index,and the overall designs of cylindrical roller surface image acquisition system is completed.2.The dynamic analysis of the surface unfolding process for the cylindrical roller is completed,and the surface unfolding mechanism of the cylindrical roller is simplified to a two-dimensional unfolding mechanical model.The dynamic relationships between the unfolding wheels contact deformation and the influencing factors are established,according to the model analysis,the relationships between the accelerated rotation time of the roller and the influencing factors are established.The influencing factors of roller vibration and roller acceleration rotation time in theprocess of cylindrical roller unfolding are determined,and the dynamic laws of cylindrical roller accelerated unfolding and uniform unfolding are mastered.The accuracy of model analysis is verified by dynamic simulation,and a reasonable design scheme for cylindrical roller surface unfolding mechanism is provided based on simulation data.3.The process of cylindrical roller surface image acquisition is analyzed,and the influencing factors of cylindrical roller surface imaging quality are obtained,and the evaluation method of cylindrical roller surface imaging quality is determined.The cylindrical roller surface image acquisition model is constructed based on response surface methodology,and the optimal acquisition conditions of cylindrical roller surface image are predicted by the acquisition model.Finally,acquisition model is verified to be accurately and practicably by experiments,and the cylindrical roller surface acquisition system is verified to be practicably by using cylindrical roller surface defect detection algorithm.In this paper,the surface image acquisition system of cylindrical roller for train bearing is studied comprehensively,which solves the problem of lack of design criteria for cylindrical roller surface image acquisition system,and provides a reasonable design method for cylindrical roller surface image acquisition and surface defect detection system.
