Study Of Refined Management And Control Strategy For City Business Blocks

With the progress of society and the development of economy,the development and construction activities of major cities in our country are gradually slowing down.Refined management and control has become an inevitable trend of the development of the times.In addition,the innovative management and control systems such as the regional chief designer system and the pre-construction management mechanism that have emerged in recent years provide a good institutional background.Therefore,the implementation of refined management and control is not only the objective demand of the times,but also has the feasibility of implementation.As one of the most representative regions in the city,business blocks are in urgent need of innovation in management and control strategy.Under this background,the paper puts forward the core research goal of building a scientific and reasonable refined control strategy system for city business blocks.The first chapter starts from the background study of urban refined control,initially defines the concept of the core study object,then clarifies the study objectives and significance through combing the study contents,and describes the main study methods and technical routes.Based on the establishment of research objectives,the second chapter combs and integrates the theoretical research on urban design and its management at home and abroad,then makes a horizontal comparative analysis of several typical developed countries abroad,and makes an adaptive experience summary in combination with actual national conditions of our country,which lays a theoretical and practical research foundation for the construction of the refined management and control system of urban commercial blocks below.The third to fifth chapters are the core chapters,respectively for the development intensity of urban business district,functional elements,architectural elements and space environment elements of the three types of control elements to carry out refined control research.These chapters adopt the same research method.That is,starting from the concept definition and classification refinement of control elements.Then,conclude several key control points with the analysis of specific urban design control practice cases.Finally,summarize the corresponding refined control strategies and innovative control ideas based on the control core.The control practice cases selected in the core chapters include Guangzhou International Financial City,the 22 and 23-1 blocks of Futian Central District in Shenzhen,the central area of Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone,Jiangnan CBD of Fuzhou,the starting area of the Xiong'an New District,Raffles Place of Singapore and so on.Most of them are typical practical projects that the author actually participates in or has been investigated in the field,which have sufficient research materials and strong pertinence.The key points and refined control strategies proposed in the core chapters are based on the induction and refinement of these practice cases.The final part is the conclusion and prospect.According to the commonness of the corresponding refined control strategy of the three main elements above,the paper summarizes several core principles of refined control in urban commercial blocks,and points out the main innovation points and limitations of the research work.
