Research On Architecture Design Of Campus-type Corporate University

Corporate universities are an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of corporates under the background of globalization,informatization and knowledge economy.The corporate university in the form of an independent park,as its mainstream school-running form,has greater construction needs and development prospects.Although the current domestic theoretical research on the planning and architectural design of ordinary colleges and universities is becoming more and more perfect,the conventional design methods of colleges and universities cannot meet the needs of corporate universities.It is at the exploratory stage and has high research value and practical significance.The article follows the logic of proposing questions,analyzing problems,solving problems,applying and summary.On the basis of literature research and case investigation,the characteristics and requirements of the campus corporate university design are summarized and summarized,and the characteristics and requirements are dealt with.The architectural design methods of the campus-type corporate university are summarized through illustrations and case studies.The full text consists of six chapters,the third to fifth chapters are the core chapters of this article.The first and second chapters basically are the construction of corporate university from literature review,and introduces the concept of corporate universities,the history,developme--nt present situation and development trendency for basic research,combing the campus type corporate university of architectural function and type,independent campus type corporate un iversities in our country and put forward the problems existing in the architectural design of c orporate university.The third chapter analyzes the internal and external factors that influence the architectural design of corporate universities in the campus mode,and compares the actual cases of corporate university at home and abroad with the case studies of traditional institutio ns of higher learning,and elaborates the architectural design features of corporate university i n the park from the perspectives of index configuration,functional requirements and streamlin e design.The fourth and fifth chapter,responding the characteristics of campus-type corporate university architectural design.This chapter mainly discusses campus-type corporate university architecture designing methods and strategies from six aspects: general plan,functional space,communication space,streamline,space combination mode,and architectural form.The last part is the design practice verification and summary part,which rechecked the Fotile University,which the author participated in throughout the process,as an empirical study of the design features and effectiveness of the previous article.Through the above analysis and discussion,it is expected to play a certain reference role in the theoretical research and architectural design practice of the campus-type corporate university in the future,and provides model reference and reference for similar subdivision type education architectural design research.
