Research On The Safety Management Of Specialized Highway In Quanzhou

While the economic development of Quanzhou,it also brings great improvement to people's life,and the public travel is more and more convenient.As the basic public facilities,the specialized highway has the function of inclusive,and it also carries up and down,radiating to the most basic and marginal groups and areas of society.However,the occurrence of traffic accidents will bring serious losses to the people and their families,with immeasurable consequences.Therefore,as a highway department,it is more responsible for the task of highway safety production supervision,to ensure safe travel and safe journey.As far as Quanzhou specialized highway bureau is concerned,compared with other areas,there are still some areas worthy of improvement in safety management.This paper studies the safety management of specialized highway of Quanzhou Highway Bureau.First of all,this paper introduces the research results of theoretical research on highway safety management at home and abroad,combining the theory of public products and public safety theory,through literature research,comparative analysis,interview and other methods,specifically analyzes highway safety management from four aspects: quality management of management personnel,current situation management of vehicle equipment,infrastructure management and safety cooperation management.Secondly,taking Quanzhou Highway Bureau as an example,this paper studies the current situation of the safety management of the special maintenance Highway in Quanzhou City,and puts forward the problems in the safety management,including the management personnel's maintenance work is not standardized,the automation level of the vehicle equipment is not high,the highway infrastructure is not perfect,and the highway joint cooperation management is not smooth.The reasons include the lack of professional quality of road maintenance personnel,the lack of information resource sharing of vehicle equipment,the lack of funds for special maintenance road maintenance,and the imperfection of relevant laws and regulations.Finally,based on the advanced experience and practice of safetymanagement in other regions at home and abroad,some suggestions are put forward to improve the safety management of special maintenance roads.It is necessary to strengthen the safety education of management personnel,expand the channels of safety media communication,share vehicle equipment information,ensure emergency vehicle equipment,ensure the raising and upgrading of safety funds,ensure the safety of life protection projects,and promote the road Construction of laws and regulations,joint coordination of road traffic departments.
