The Cultural Landscape Development Value Evaluation And Application Research Of Madam Xian In Hainan

As an important part of Hainan's history and culture,Mrs.Xian's culture has a history of more than 1,000 years.Its cultural landscape resources are spread all over Hainan island,which is of great significance to the local people,but it has not been properly protected and developed.At present,the research on Mrs.xian is mostly at the theoretical research level in the fields of humanities and social sciences such as culturology,history,religion,archaeology,political science,etc.the practicality is not strong,which is not conducive to the protection and inheritance of Mrs.xian's culture in Hainan.this is a huge loss of Hainan culture.Therefore,on the basis of in-depth analysis of Mrs.Xian's cultural landscape resources in Xinpo Town,the article constructs an evaluation system model for the development value of Mrs.Xian's cultural landscape resources in Hainan,evaluates Mrs.Xian's cultural landscape resources in Xinpo Town,and puts forward targeted protection and development strategies,which are of practical significance for the protection and inheritance of Mrs.Xian's culture,are major measures conforming to the development strategy of "the belt and road initiative" and are conducive to cultural exchanges between East and West.Relying on various policy advantages of Hainan's rural tourism,the development of Mrs xian's cultural tourism in Hainan can promote the development of Hainan's rural economy and is a major measure to conform to the strategy of "rural revitalization".It will also help to improve the cultural deficiency in Hainan's tourism industry and speed up the construction of an international tourism island.First of all,on the basis of consulting a large number of local chronicles and other relevant documents and books about Mrs.Xian,and combining with the investigation of Xinpo Town,the formation and development process,different types and distribution,various values and current situation of Mrs.Xian's cultural landscape in Xinpo Town are summarized.The cultural landscape resources of Mrs.xian in xinpo town are divided into four categories: ruins and relics such as temples related to Mrs.xian,festival landscape of military slope festival,natural landscape bearing Mrs.xian's culture,and stories and legends related to Mrs.xian.It is believed that it has social value,historical and cultural value,economic value and aesthetic value.At the same time,there are some current problems,such as insufficient protection,unobvious display of historical and cultural connotation,and lack of infrastructure.Secondly,on the basis of relevant national regulations and rules,through on-the-spot investigation and expert consultation,combined with the above analysis of Mrs xian's cultural landscape types,values and current situation,this paper determines the evaluation index of Mrs xian's cultural landscape resources in Xinpo town based on the principles of scientificalness,systematicness,feasibility,operability and pertinence.Using the "1-9 scale method" of analytic hierarchy process to obtain the index weight,a comprehensive evaluation system model of Mrs xian's cultural landscape development value is constructed.this structure determines 3 primary indexes,9 secondary indexes and 13 tertiary indexes.After that,applying this evaluation model,combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the development value of four types of Mrs xian cultural landscape in Xinpo town of Haikou city was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,which verified the accuracy and operability of the model again.The results show that the order of development value of various cultural landscapes is as follows: military slope festival festival landscape(3.6681)> related story legend landscape(3.6447)> natural landscape bearing Mrs xian culture(3.6384)> ruins landscape such as temples(3.5985).the development value scores of military slope festival festival landscape,related story legend and natural landscape bearing Mrs xian culture all exceed 3.6,of which military slope festival festival landscape occupies the highest value of 9 out of 13 indexes on the d floor.Judging from the comprehensive scores of 13 indicators in D level,the indicators of historical connotation,educational significance,characteristic cultural connotation,cultural diversity and emotional value rank high.Finally,according to the scores of each index of the four cultural landscapes in Xinpo Town,the corresponding protection and development strategies are proposed respectively: focusing on the festival landscape of Junpo Festival;For temples and other ruins and landscapes,protection and repair should be given priority to in order to improve their aesthetic value,excavate historical and cultural connotations,and give full play to educational and emotional values.For the natural landscape resources bearing Mrs xian's culture,we should adopt the strategy of multi-industry combination and overall development,dig deeply into the historical and cultural connotation behind it,and carry out protective development.Take materialized measures to protect and inherit the legendary resources related to Mrs xian's deeds.
