At present,in the renovation design of existing residences in the Lingnan area,energy-saving calculations generally assume that the energy-consumption behavior of residential air conditioners is a "full-time,full-space" model, and then provide energy-saving technical guidance for building facade updates.Although this assumption simplifies the calculation difficulty and update measures,it also masks the differences in energy consumption that may exist between different suites and different rooms.Facade update research will be more real and scientific if it can be started from the research of residents' energy use behavior. This study focuses on the correlation between the climate environment, existing residences, energy use behavior, and renewal methods. From the perspective of energy use behavior, the selection and evaluation of the existing residential facade updating methods are selected. The main content of the full text is divided into four Big chapter. In the first part of this article, through in-depth investigation and analysis of the current state of building energy consumption in China and the renovation of existing residences,as well as a summary of relevant research results at home and abroad, the research object and content are determined, and research methods and frameworks are formulated. The second part conducts a questionnaire survey and bedroom monitoring experiments on the air-conditioning energy consumption behavior of some urban residents in Lingnan area.First, based on the data of 372 questionnaires, the basic conditions of air conditioning energy and startup temperature settings of living rooms and bedrooms of urban residents of various ages were analyzed.Difference;then, the air conditioning energy consumption data of 102 bedrooms in the urban area of Guangzhou were measured and analyzed, and cluster analysis was used to summarize three typical clusters, and the air conditioning energy consumption patterns and schedules of various clusters were obtained as Chapter4 Basic energy consumption behavior data of energy consumption simulation.Thesecond part is to investigate the information of the simulated buildings, the wind environment data of Guangzhou, and classify the basic patio combinations. The basic information needed for simulation is screened, and the simulation environment is set up in combination with software operation. This chapter is mainly for the preliminary preparation of the simulation work. The third part analyzes the common types and characteristics of multi-storey residential buildings built in 1980-2000 in Guangzhou area.Through questionnaire survey and on-site survey, detailed plan information of 805 existing residential buildings such as suite type, area, orientation, opening, depth, etc.is obtained. Then, the cluster analysis of the three types of one-room,two-room and three-room suites is carried out,and the key performance indicator data and plane forms of 9 typical existing residential suites are summarized and summarized as the basic model of energy consumption simulation in Chapter4 data. The fourth part is to summarize the main achievements of this paper, and to look forward to future research work. The fourth part elaborates the objectives and principles of the existing residential facade renovation, and summarizes the common renovation measures and construction methods. Then, through Energy Plus, under the standard working condition(24 hours)and actual working condition(clustering schedule),9typical sets of existing residences are simulated and compared with the data.In each aspect, scientific evaluation and selection of common renewal measures are carried out, thus forming an existing residential facade renewal method based on energy use behavior.
