Research On The Renewal Design Of Hakka. Style Town

This paper starts from the architectural renewal design project of Kengzi hakka style town in Pingshan new district.Taking the unique symbol of kengzi in kengzi area hakka house as the research object,based on the cultural,regional and traditional design strategies of hakka traditional architecture,summarizes the characteristics of traditional hakka architecture in architecture,design strategy,cultural context and so on.Combined with the field investigation and investigation of the contemporary excellent block building renewal project,it finally provided theoretical and practical support for the architectural design of kengzi hakka style town in Pingshan new district.This paper adopts the research method of combining theory with practice,from theoretical research to theoretical summary to case analysis to case operation.This paper first interprets the relevant theories of block renewal and old building renewal from the academic circles at home and abroad,and then studies the classification and subdivision of hakka traditional buildings.From the context of hakka culture to the characteristics of hakka architecture to the symbolic language of architectural expression,this paper summarizes the unique architectural language of hakka region and the design strategy applicable to the renewal of contemporary hakka towns.Finally,under the dual guidance of theory and research,combined with the project itself,the architectural renewal design of kengzi hakka style town in Pingshan new district was completed.The traditional hakka architectural language is taken as the design guide for the renewal of the architecture of the town,and the hakka culture is integrated into the urban space and urban life of Pingshan.
