After more than ten years of devclopmcnt in the automotive industry,ZT Automobile Company has grown from an initial regional automotive manufacturing enterprise to a national automotive R&D,production and sales enterprise.On the other hand,in the current situation of unprecedented fierce competition in the automobile market,the development of the company is facing opportunities and challenges brought by the internal and external environment.ZT automobile company needs a clear and clear development strategy,which is related to the company’s development direction and survival.Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper introduces the development process and organizational structure of ZT automobile company.On this basis,the external and internal environment of ZT automobile company are analyzed in detail by using PEST EL analysis model and Porter’s Five Forces model.On the basis of the previous analysis,the SWOT analysis model is used to comprehensively evaluate the various f-actors affecting the development of enterprises,and the development strategic objectives of ZT Automobile Company are established.The development strategic plans of ZT Automobile Company are formulated at the company level,the business level and the functional level respectively,and the implementation and safeguard measures are put forward for its develpment strategy.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:First,ZT Automobile Company is facing difficulties in its current development direction.At present,the company is in the transition period from traditional automobile to new energy automobile.The earlier industrial layout and standardized management mode once made the perform ance of ZT automobile company create a new high of domestic automobile.However,the lack of strong driving force for the subsequent transformation makes it very difficult to optimize the development strategy,and the development and Implementation of new business has a certain degree.Obstacles.Secondly,the development strategy of ZT Automobile Company needs to be adjusted and improved urgently.From the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company,we can see that economic development,energy utilization and changes in consumer demand and other factors promote the transformation of the automobile industry structure.The company’s resource and capability advantages enable the company to quickly adapt to market changes.Thirdly,ZT automobile company should choose SO strategy as its main development direction,give full play to its advantages and make full use of opportunities.Research shows that the company should make good use of integration and diversification,strengthen innovation development and quality control,do a good job in marketing,financial and human resources management,rationally plan the resource allocation of the automobile industry,and enhance the core competitiveness of the company.Fourthly,the research finally puts forward the implementation and safeguard measures of ZT automobile company’s development strategy from the aspects of technology research and development,marketing,strategic management and control.The research can provide theoretical support for ZT automobile company’s development strategy planning,and also has certain reference significance for the development strategy selection of related industries and enterprises.
