Due to the accumulation of greenhouse effect,global warming has become a common problem faced by all countries,and automobile exhaust is an important factor affecting this phenomenon.With the deepening of this understanding,all countries are aware that environmental protection is the top priority of sustainable development,so the requirements of automobile and its exhaust emission treatment standards are more stringent,especially in China.At the beginning of the establishment of CQ auto parts company,China is implementing the National IV standard in terms of diesel vehicle exhaust emission standard.However,in a few years,China will formally implement the national VI emission standard in July this year,so far,China’s exhaust emission standard has basically reached the level of developed countries in Europe and America.Due to the relatively late development of China’s automobile exhaust treatment industry,products and technologies are behind the developed countries in Europe and the United States,we must make the right strategic choice in order to get out of the siege.CQ company,as one of the few spare parts companies in the market with the ability of automobile exhaust aftertreatment system integration and core parts supply,is able to stand out in this market upgrading competition,and its strength lies in mastering the most critical system calibration and core parts technology.However,some peripheral parts and even important parts needed in the production line must still be carried to the project operation through the procurement channel.At present,affected by the continuous decline of production and sales volume in China’s automobile industry and the implementation of new national emission standards,the profit margin has been reduced year by year,and at the same time,it is facing the problems of fierce competition in a single market and high operating costs.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate a feasible development strategy plan,reasonably and effectively allocate resources,and expand markets in different fields,so as to make the enterprise sustainable development.Based on the above situation,this paper takes CQ company as the research object,first introduces the market background of automobile industry and automobile exhaust aftertreatment industry.Secondly,using PEST analysis,five forces model analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes the internal and external business environment and other factors faced by CQ company,and finally selects the development strategy direction through SWOT analysis.This paper holds that under the current situation,CQ company can only maintain sufficient competitiveness in the market and achieve the purpose of development against the trend by adopting the growth strategy.For this reason,the company has planned the product development strategy,market development strategy and production management strategy that meet the development requirements of CQ company,and put forward the guarantee plan from different perspectives such as technology,human resources and finance,so as to make some contribution to the sustainable development of CQ company,as well as the transformation and upgrading of similar automobile supporting enterprises and strategic adjustment.
