The Research Of The Exterior Space Reconstruction Of The Old Communities In Hefei Based On Pattern Language

Since the end of the 20 th century,a large number of residential houses built to solve the housing shortage problem in urban areas across the country are gradually declining.However,as the cultural basis of urban development and the source power of the old city old residential areas,its image represents the city's history and memory,is an important part of the city.Residents of old residential areas are also eager to keep up with modern life and improve living standards and comfort.Under the guidance of national policies,the reconstruction of old residential areas in various places is also advancing rapidly.Based on this background,this paper takes the outer space of old residential areas in Hefei city as the research object,and through questionnaire survey and field research,combs the current situation and problems of the outer space of old residential areas in Hefei city.With the help of architect Christopher Alexander's theory of architectural pattern language to interpret the external spatial relations of these residential areas,and on the basis of a series of systematic theories and methods of architectural pattern language,this paper summarizes the model language for the reconstruction of the external space of the old residential areas in Hefei.The paper sums up the modes of the reconstruction of the outer space of the old residential area from three aspects: the spatial interface,the spatial function and the spatial organization.The generalization and summary of the model language make up for the limitation,one-sidedness and narrowness of the reconstruction of the old community in Hefei.Renovation is not only to solve the problem of infrastructure in old residential areas,but also to improve the construction of reasonable living space and improve living comfort from the perspective of architecture professionals and building users,so as to provide reference for the renovation ideas and schemes of the government and design units.At the same time,the study of the outer space of old residential areas in Hefei has certain reference value for the study of the reconstruction of old residential areas in other areas.Figure [84] table [21] reference [68]...
